Dawn Shears moved to the Oregon coast in August 2007, leaving her life as a techie and marketing mavin for the corporate world to embark on a life with more meaning and joy. She currently applies her technical skills locally, helping north coast businesses survive and thrive. She divides her time between paid work, the Spirit Garden at Coyote Ridge and a plethora of personal and community projects.

Experiencing nonlinear time through lucid dreaming

About a year ago I had an interesting lucid dreaming experience that involved what I perceived to be a peek at the nature of nonlinear time and how it’s used to travel/transition in dreams. No-see-ums, the entropy effect and non-linear time

So I awoke today to the morning light streaming in at just the right angle to reveal that the no-see-ums had invaded my bedroom via a teeny-tiny-itsy-bitsy unnoticed hole in the window screen.
